I should have done the earthquake post this afternoon.
5.6 in Northern Algeria, 11 injured.
In the Bay Area, a 3.0 and 3.5 today, no damage. A 3.9 in the general vicinity on Tuesday of this week. I would not be a bit surprised if they have a major one there before the end of the year.
And from the Beeb: Nasa scientists have said they could be on the verge of a breakthrough in their efforts to forecast earthquakes. We'll see.
